This website is owned and operated by JMP Holdings dba Mary Jane’s. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase goods from various gift, jewelry, and clothing vendors to be shipped to the address of your choice. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

REQUIREMENTS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is our responsibility to ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. You will be responsible for all associated shipping & handling charges. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

SHIPMENT

Orders will be shipping as expeditiously as possible via USPS, taking a maximum of 14 days. Most orders will ship within 48hours and tracking information will be provided as soon as the shipment is made. If for any reason there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified.

RETURNS

PRODUCT WARRANTY
When we receive a valid product defective claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
